1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Storage BESS platform (web application and mobile application), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Service description

Storage BESS is a B2B software platform for energy companies to monitor and manage energy storage systems (BESS). The platform provides real-time telemetry monitoring, charge/discharge planning, RDN market trading analytics and economic calculations.

3. Account access

Access to the platform is managed exclusively by company administrators. The following conditions apply:

• Accounts are created by your company administrator - self-registration is not available
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• Access is based on a valid company subscription

4. Subscriptions

Using the Storage BESS platform requires an active subscription. Basic conditions:

• Subscriptions are purchased by organizations through direct agreements with GridLab
• There are no in-app purchases or payments
• Subscriptions are managed exclusively by company administrators
• Access ends immediately after subscription ends
• Subscription renewals are arranged directly with GridLab

5. Acceptable use

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with battery management systems in a dangerous manner
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Platform

6. Data and Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at gridlab.com.ua/privacy. We collect and process data in accordance with this policy to provide services.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided for monitoring and management purposes. GridLab is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on platform data to make critical decisions regarding energy infrastructure without proper professional oversight.

8. Changes to conditions

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active users of significant changes.
