Can I connect my equipment?

Yes. We support inverters, BESSs, meters and weather stations from leading manufacturers (KSTAR, PotisEdge, Huawei, Solis, etc.) through standard industry protocols.

What protocols are supported?

Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, MQTT, OPC UA, REST API. If needed, we will add support for your specific protocol at no additional cost to you.

Where is my data stored?

The data is hosted in the EU data center (Hetzner, Germany). Full encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

Is there a mobile app?

Yes - for iOS and Android. Full access to monitoring and control from your phone.

What does the integration with RDN look like?

The platform has direct access to OREE prices (RDN and VDR) in real time. Automatic arbitrage strategies will work according to your rules.

Are microgrids and island mode supported?

Yes. MicroGrid EMS is able to manage the combination of generation (SPP + PES + GPU), consumption and BESS - including automatic transition to island mode in case of grid failures.

How long does it take to connect a new object?

From 5 days (standard equipment, ready-made drivers) to 1-2 weeks (custom integrations). We usually launch the pilot in a week.
